  • During a consultation, we ask specific questions to better understand your hair needs, conduct a physical exam of your hair, and create a personalized profile based on your hair type, goals, and history. The goal is to identify the best follow-up services to help you achieve the hair you’ve always dreamed of.

  • All of our salon services come with a comprehensive hair care package to ensure the best results:

    • Deep Cleansing Shampoo: Thoroughly cleanses the scalp and hair shaft.

    • Steaming Treatment: Adds hydration to nourish your hair from within.

    • Deep Conditioning Treatment: Ensures your hair is soft, healthy, and manageable.

    • Complimentary Refreshments: We offer snacks and beverages to all our clients. For our Microlinks service clients, enjoy a complimentary breakfast or lunch during your visit.

  • We offer a variety of hair extension services tailored to fit your lifestyle and hair goals. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

    • Tape-Ins: Ideal for versatility and flexibility in styling but not recommended for finer or damaged hair.

    • Sew-Ins: Perfect for those looking to regain strength in their natural hair strands.

    • Micro Links: Best suited for clients with healthy hair who want discreet, natural-looking extensions. They last longer than sew-ins but require commitment to proper maintenance to protect your natural hair.

    • Wefted Micro Links: Great for clients with finer hair who want to add both length and volume.

    • Keratin & Smoothing Treatments: Designed for clients with thick or hard-to-manage natural hair. These treatments loosen curls and help your hair stay sleek and straight for longer.

  • When scheduling your appointment, your card details will be required annd will not be charged until your appointment. For our Classes, a 50% deposit is required to sign up.

  • There will be a $20 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled for another date/time.

  • There is a 30% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hour grace period. A no call/no show will also be seen as a cancellation and the card on file will be charged for any and all uncomfirmed cancellations.
